We currently ship across the UK Mainland and offer weight-based shipping rates for international orders.

Each CreoGlass® product is made to order, uniquely crafted to meet your specifications. As such, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders.
We will accept returns or exchanges only in the event of a product fault caused by our manufacturing process, under the following conditions:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun.
